At R-PUR, we take all feedback from our users as constructive feedback for our future developments.

We may :
- Either find a solution to improve your experience with your mask, since our priority is to protect you.
- Either send you a prepaid return slip to return your order to us and give you a full refund within 20 days of receipt.
