I'm not satisfied with my mask, what can I do?

At R-PUR, we take all feedback from our users as constructive feedback for our future developments. 

If the mask does not suit you, please do not hesitate to click on one of the reasons at the bottom of this page. 

We may : 
  • Either find a solution to improve your experience with your mask, since our priority is to protect you. 
  • Either send you a prepaid return slip to return your order to us and give you a full refund up to 20 days after the reception of the return in our logistic center. We will exceptionally cover a large part of the return shipping costs via a downloadable slip, with only $15 being retained when refunding your order.
