First, make sure your mobile application is up to date: we performed an update at the end of June 📲
1. My filter has more than 40% (40% to 100%) of its capacity and I have ordered a filter in the last 15 days: you do not have access to the sales page.
2. My filter is below 40%: I have access to the sales page and I can order my filter, delivery is free.
If you do not use the mobile application, you can contact us with the button below, we will send you an invoice.
You can also contact us if you can't order within the application, no worries.
