Delivery : The content of my order is wrong

In very rare cases, packages may be damaged in transit. To our great regret, items may be lost during delivery. Our logistics center can make mistakes in the preparation of the order. Items may be missing at the time of receipt.

  • A photo of the inside of the package 
  • A photo of the overall condition of the package and damage if any. 
  • A last photo of the shipping label on the front of the package
